Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged ItemsWe are here to supply you with a product that you will be happy with. TreasureCombers stands behind the quality of our products 100%. Damages - Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department at 1-877-471-2844 and we will be glad to make arrangements for a replacement and pick up of the damaged item. All damaged items must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery. Returns / Exchanges - All unused, undamaged merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for exchange, credit, or refund. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Please contact us at 1-877-471-2844 for a return authorization number and return address information. All returns and exchanges must have an RMA Number. All returned/exchanged items must be in their original, unused condition, returned with all original packaging, shipped prepaid & insured (sorry, no COD packages). Please allow two to three weeks for the process of your return. All refunds/credits on returned/exchanged items will have the actual cost of shipping and a 35% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase price and the remaining amount will be credited back to the original payment method used. |
